On April 21, CNFC Overseas Fisheries Co., LTD. (Overseas Fisheries) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Qingdao Qicai Seed Technology Co., LTD. (Qicai Seed ) in Beijing.

Overseas Fisheries and Qicai Seed will make full use of their respective advantages in capital, talent, technology and management, actively and deeply discuss the cooperation mode in project development, construction, operation management, capital operation and other fields, aiming at jointly promoting the in-depth cooperation of aquaculture seed industry, rural revitalization, the Belt and Road related projects.

CNFC Overseas Fisheries Co., LTD is a listed joint-stock company initiated by China Fisheries (Group) Corporation (predecessor of China Agricultural Development Group Co., LTD.) and other companies in the system at the end of 1997. The company's stock was listed and traded in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in February 1998 with the stock code 000798.
