Construction content: The project covers an area of 150 acres, including 100 acres of land for facility agriculture. The total planned construction area is 40,110 square meters, including 21,600 square meters for the high-end fish seed industry and breeding demonstration center, 16,200 square meters for the integrated water and fertilizer greenhouse, and 2,310 square meters for supporting facilities. Additionally, 50 acres will be converted into paddy fields and high-standard farmland.

Technical process: Apply industrialized high-density recirculating water production mode for fish seed industry production and demonstration aquaculture production; after microbial treatment, the aquaculture tail water achieves water-fertilizer integration, which is used for greenhouse hydroponics and soil planting; install photovoltaics on the roof of the factory building, apply renewable energy, and provide part of the project's electricity; apply digitalization and Internet of Things technology to achieve biological full lifecycle monitoring, intelligent regulation of industrialized recirculating aquaculture systems, online sales, product quality traceability, and quality control using blockchain technology.

The park is primarily a breeding base for aquatic species such as Murray cod and salmon.
