Murray cod sashimi


1. Material preparation:
Prepare 3~5 pounds of murray cod, sashimi special vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, sesame oil and other condiments.
2. Treatment of fish:
①After the fresh Murray cod is bled, the gills are removed, the chamber is cleaned, and the fish is sliced from the tail along the middle bone.
②Trim the big spines off the belly of the fish, and then remove the skin, leaving white flesh.
③Slice the fish thinly and place on ice.
3. Seasoning:
